MEET MEREDITH
Meredith Wolff is an event professional with 20+ years of experience leading high-impact events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships for Fortune 500 companies and global brands. A former VP and department head, she’s produced executive-level high touch experiences on behalf of top asset management firms in partnership with renowned institutions such as the Milken Institute, Lincoln Center, and Financial Times, and has hosted luminaries including Chef Daniel Boulud, Yo-Yo Ma, and Magic Johnson. She holds a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Events Industry Council.
In 2023, Meredith pivoted from corporate life to embrace independent global travel, while launching her own consulting event business. EventRx is an event and lifestyle consulting firm that helps companies and individuals move important projects and goals forward with focus and finesse. It blends Meredith’s passion for world-class events and solo travel with the art of intentional living – helping companies and individuals move worthy projects forward with clarity and purpose. Her global perspective is shaped by having worked and traveled solo travel in over 30 countries.
Meredith holds a degree in Communication and Fine Arts from the University of Arizona and a Certificate in Meeting Management from NYU. She has served on multiple luxury hotel advisory boards, remains an active thought leader and mentor in the event planning community, and proudly serves on an event committee and volunteers with Bottomless Closet, helping NYC women prepare for workforce success.
